WAFCON 2022: Super Falcons back in Casablanca for Zambia conflict
Super Falcons players and their authorities showed up in Casablanca on Tuesday evening in front of their third-place experience against the She-polopolo of Zambia. The reigning champs lost 5-4 on punishment shootouts to the Atlas Lionesses of Morocco in their semi-last conflict on Monday night in Rabat.
Randy Waldrum's side will fight the Zambians for the bronze award at the Stade Mohamed V, Casablanca on Friday.
The Super Falcons will play their second game at the ground following the quarter-last win against the Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon.
It is the second time the West Africans will play in a third-place match at the WAFCON.
